Product Description

YS431-Lamp 220 Alarm System with Multi-color Gate Flasher LED Warning Lamp for Automatic Door and Gate Security can adapt to a wide variety of power supply environments and operate stably whether in normal voltage scenarios or special voltage conditions.

The product offers an optional LED light color function, allowing for flexible selection according to actual needs to meet the warning or decorative requirements of different scenarios. Moreover, it has a selectable normal/flash mode, enabling users to freely switch according to specific application scenarios and enhancing the diversity of warning effects.

In addition, the product is easy to install. Whether it is installation without a bracket or with a bracket, there are detailed and easy-to-operate steps, greatly reducing the installation difficulty and improving the installation efficiency.

This allows it to be easily applied to automatic sliding doors, swing gates, barrier gate motor openers, or garage doors, effectively enhancing the safety and warning effect during the operation of the equipment.

Warning Lamp Installation Instructions

(a) Without Bracket Installation

1. Open the package, take out the accessories, and rotate the antenna counterclockwise.
2. Mark the 3 holes as shown in the picture.
3. Drill two 6mm diameter holes and one 10mm diameter hole. Then insert the expansion tube into the 6mm diameter holes and pass the wire through the 10mm diameter hole.
4. Pass the power wire and antenna through the waterproof plug and fix the holder with TA4*30 screws to the mounting position.
5. Connect the wires with terminals.
6. Install the case and make sure the fastener is fixed with the holder. Then screw up the antenna clockwise.

(b) With Bracket Installation

1. Open the package, take out the accessories, and rotate the antenna counterclockwise.
2. Mark the 2 holes as shown in the picture.
3. Drill two 6mm diameter holes and one 10mm diameter hole. Then insert the expansion tube into the 6mm diameter holes and pass the wire through the 10mm diameter hole.
4. Pass the power wire and antenna through the holder and fix the bracket on the wall with TA4*30 self-tapping screws.
5. Pass the power wire and antenna through the waterproof plug and fix the bracket on the holder with PA4*10mm screws.
6. Connect the wires with terminals.
7. Install the case and make sure the fastener is fixed with the holder. Then screw up the antenna clockwise.

 

 

Warning Lamp Operation Instructions

 

1. The LED will flicker at 1HZ after power-on.
2. The JP1 switch is used to switch the LED between flickering and lighting. When JP1 is connected, the LED will flicker at 1Hz after power-on; when JP1 is disconnected, the LED will light up after power-on.
3. Danger: The whole product, including the LED, is at high voltage when powered on (Power off before opening the case).

I. Automatic Gate

 

At the automatic gates of public places like shopping malls and office buildings, the YS431 mini warning light flashes or stays on to warn when the gate opens or closes. Its wide voltage range of 220V adapts to various power supplies. The optional  light color and normal/flash mode can be adjusted flexibly according to the scene, preventing pedestrians from collisions and ensuring safe passage.

II. Garage Door

 

When the garage door at home or in a commercial area is operating, the warning light can prevent people from entering by mistake. The wide voltage is suitable for multiple power supplies, and the light color and warning mode can be selected as needed. For example, using white light in the always-on mode at night for both auxiliary lighting and warning, and a flashing red light during the day for more prominent warning.

III. Automated Production Line

 

Install the warning light at key positions such as equipment operation and material transfer on the factory's automated production line. The wide voltage ensures normal operation under the complex voltage in the industrial environment.
